Herons Reach, Blackpool

 



Part of the Urban Village chain of hotels, Herons Reach is a modern hotel and leisure complex incorporating extensive sports facilities including tennis courts, two swimming pools and an eighteen hole golf course with modern club house facilities.

The building itself provided it's own challenges for the surveying team. Although built using standard modern techniques, the size and orientation of the interior made for a technically complicated survey. In addition, the incorporation of the swimming pools and the complex heating and cooling systems made this the largest leisure facilities project we have undertaken.



Since succesfully completing this project and deliverring well within the specified time frame we have gone on to complete several similiar projects within the Urban Village brand.
