Oasis Centre, London

Located in the heart of London, the Oasis Centre comprises of two seperate five storey office blocks and a religious centre.



The site was originally a church and although extensively damaged during the blitz, the original church steeple still stands at the corner of the building. Office blocks were then added to either side of the steeple first in 1954 and then in1974 respectively.



Despite the two office blocks being of similiar design, the twenty year gap in their construction along with having to incorporate the much older church steeple made this a challenging prospect. However by breaking the building down in to it's original constructions we were able to provide our client with separate surveys for each area. This not only allowed our surveyors to provide a much more accurate reflection of the buildings energy efficiency, but also provided our client with more flexibility when considering letting the various parts.
