Located in the heart of Birmingham, the distinctive Cube building comprises twenty-four floors of retail, office and domestic accommodation.



During the final stages of the building project we were commissioned to complete the Commercial Energy Assessment of the top three floors of the building. This comprised of a two storey hotel and a large restaurant. At a later date we also completed the assessment of the sixth floor gymnasium complex comprising extensive gymnasium and spa facilities including an indoor swimming pool.

The nature of the construction and the modern design of the building made this a challenging Level Four assessment with complex heating and cooling systems. despite these complications we were able to complete all aspects of the project on time and to our clients satisfaction.​
